IT would feel strange for me to write about Tammy's and my fishing trip, since Tammy herself has already recorded it.
Instead I should direct you all to read her account of our small outing and the small fish she caught.

Yesterday evening there was a telephone call."Where are you?" the voice demanded (in exaggerated Chinese so we all know who that would be).
As soon as i heard that voice i decided to sound passive and unhelpful. "Where am I? I'm at home."
"Why aren't you at the markets? Don't you know it's daylight savings today?"
"Ha ha. Here's Dad."
Then I gave the phone to Dad, as well as a triumphant gleam.
As it turned out, because of our obliviousness to this time change, Dad didn't have to drive the dreaded hour down to Fremantle.
This made him happy because he is the only driver in the house.
We all thought it was exciting to have it suddenly be one hour later that we thought it was.
Exciting for some of us (ahem) untill we discover that our bedtime is really an hour earlier than it used to be.
We mustn't be as immersed in the place as I thought we might have been.
Everyone else was one hour ahead of us for the day. I think we probably all felt a strong defiance towards the state government.
And we may have all considered being rebellious and living in a different time then the rest of Western Australia. However, i see our clock points at 3 and not 4 so it seems we have succumbed. If only we did not have a need to follow their time.

Yeah. I got greeted with "Ma Xiao Jie" walking out of the shower.
